YOSHI, Joël Robuchon’s first Japanese restaurant in the world, features healthy contemporary cuisine produced by Japanese Chef Takéo Yamazaki, under the direction of Christophe Cussac. The one Michelin-starred restaurant offers the freshest nigiri, maki, sashimi, fish and cooked meat teppanyaki-style, alongside the best sakés and Japanese green teas. A serene and chic interior, created by French Designer Didier Gomez, accommodates up to forty diners and leads out to a Japanese-inspired garden imagined by landscape gardener Jacques Messin.
